Iliamna Lake Contractors (ILC) was established in Alaska in 1998. The firm is a unique General Contractor owned by the Igiugig Village Council. The Council's philosophy for the company is based on the cornerstone of integrity and high ethical standards, corporate responsibility and professionalism in addition to innovation and experience. The ILC believes this philosophy has allowed the company to focus on economic development and building capacity while maintaining a strong commitment to the community with respect for the cultural values of the region.

The ILC provides a high degree of quality and responsiveness to their customers in performing heavy civil earthwork, construction management, environmental services and camp construction, management and catering. The ILC's projects involve high visibility construction of roadways and airstrips as well as support services for a variety of agencies including the US Air Force, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Alaska Department of Transportation.
