Igiugig Village Clean Up

On May 17th we had our annual village clean up. We were all hoping for blue sunny skies, but even through the grey drizzle we had a large turnout. We collected many truckloads of trash and recyclable materials to the landfill. It is always nice to have such a wonderful turnout for this event every year. When all groups were complete we met for a BBQ at the school, burgers, hot dogs, and root beer floats were enjoyed by everyone. Thank you to everyone who participated and volunteered their time. Our community looks amazing! Please remember to keep our community clean, if you see trash lying around, do your part and pick it up! Have a wonderful and safe summer.
