IGIUGIG VILLAGE COUNCIL UPDATED TRAVEL AND QUARANTINE MANDATES:

Vaccinated Residents:
Resume activities without wearing masks or physically distancing.
Resume domestic travel and refrain from testing before or after travel or self-quarantine after travel.
Quarantine is not mandatory if you have a letter from the State of Alaska proving recovery from COVID-19, for no longer than 90 days after the date of the letter.
Unvaccinated Residents:
When traveling to Igiugig from towns on the road system quarantine is mandatory for a week. A negative test on Day 5 allows quarantine to be over on Day 7.
Children between the ages of 5-18 still have to quarantine for a week when returning from road system towns, unless fully vaccinated. A negative test on Day 5 allows quarantine to be over on Day 7.
All Non-residents:
All non-residents must wear face masks upon entering any public buildings.
Access to public buildings are limited to: using the restrooms, accessing the gift shop, accessing the showers, and checking mail.
